Terms for this public website.

These terms apply to use of Cybereum's public website and the informational materials made available through it. Customer use of the Cybereum software platform, pilots, assessments or other professional services is governed by the applicable agreement for that engagement.

Informational purpose

The public site describes Cybereum's technology, research, commercial offerings and views on capital-project execution. Public material is provided for general informational and evaluation purposes and is not a substitute for project-specific engineering, legal, financial, safety or contractual advice.

Product and performance statements

Capabilities, examples and research findings should be read in the scope stated on the relevant page. Quantitative industry statistics are tied to the cited source population. Illustrative examples are not guarantees of a particular customer outcome.

Intellectual property

Cybereum, its marks, visual identity, website content, software descriptions, diagrams and other original materials are owned by Cybereum or used with permission, except where third-party ownership is identified. Public availability does not grant a license to copy, modify, republish or commercially exploit proprietary material beyond rights provided by applicable law.

Research and third-party sources

The site may link to research papers, patents, publications, scheduling services and other third-party resources. Those services and materials are controlled by their respective owners. A link does not imply that Cybereum controls or warrants the third-party service.

Website availability

Cybereum may change, suspend or update public-site content without notice. Although the company works to keep the site accurate and available, the public website is provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors or temporary interruptions.

Commercial inquiries

A quote request, scheduler submission, email or other inquiry does not by itself create a contract or obligation to provide services. Any engagement becomes binding only through an agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
